This is an extensive document from the Tekes County Public Security Bureau outlining the draft program for reflecting on the implementation of the Party Central Committee’s strategy for governing Xinjiang, and accounting for deficiencies during the implementation process on the ground. Drawing heavily on Xi Jinping’s directives, among other amends, the document mandates local governments to rely on the “Integrated Joint Operations Platform (IJOP)” to improve and perfect “big data ” projects.
