Xinjiang counties hold local police drills involving special police forces, auxiliary police and locals. Below, 62 Excel spreadsheets with descriptions and images of such drills are provided for download. These drills were conducted in the second half of 2018 in every township and village in Shufu County. The drills attempt recreate typical “terror attack” situations and often involve public institutions such as schools. We provide SHA-256 checksums for each file to allow users to distinguish originals from potentially manipulated files.
